I
reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time, and
for any reason.
All
orders will be taken through email at morgain5@gmail.com.
This way, there is written proof of what is agreed to easily
available to all parties.
Payments
is to be made in US$ via PayPal within 24 hours of a price being
given. Materials will be purchased upon receipt of money in my bank
account.
I
will always discuss and show you possible yarns before any monetary
transaction is made, unless you give me the right to pick whatever.
Unless otherwise specified, I will use the least expensive yarn
available.
The
expected turn-around from order to completion will usually be three
weeks. This includes the time it will take to purchase materials and
have them delivered, if necessary.
If
I am unable to complete a commission, I will give a full refund. If
you need to cancel a commission after I have purchased materials, I
will issue a refund minus the cost to acquire said materials.
